Q. How many photographers will be here on photo day?
A. Depending on the size of your school and your requirements our team will coordinate with you prior to photo day to ensure a hassle free day.
Q. I have parents enquiring about ordering after photo day. What can we do?
A. Late orders can be placed by calling our customer service team on 07 3216 6777. Orders for individual and family portraits will be accepted only if these photos were taken on photo day
N.B a late fee may apply.
Q. What if a parent is unhappy?
A. Please call our customer service team on 07 3216 6777. Queensland School Photography will provide a full refund if for any reason you are not satisfied.
Q. How long will it take for our school photos to be delivered to the school?
A. We will endeavour to deliver the finished product within 6 to 8 working weeks unless other arrangements have been made. Reasons for not meeting the delivery schedule can vary depending on a variety of reasons therefore we suggest that you contact us directly to enquire why the delivery schedule was not met.
Q. Do all of your team hold current Working with Children Cards?
A. All of our team wear a company uniform as well as display photo identification and current Working with Children Card.
Q. Can you supply a photographer for special events?
A. Yes. We are happy to supply photographers for sporting and special events with notice. Please call our customer service team on 07 3216 6777.
